Here are a selection of before and after Photos from some of the Houses we have Renovated.

This is a house we bought in Maidstone that needed a total renovation, these

pictures show the kitchen as it was.

 There was a wall dividing it from another room that had a door that opened out to the side of the house.




 
We removed the wall and moved the gas and electricity meters and opened out the kitchen.


After repairing the mains water leak, we moved the boiler out of the kitchen area and removed the old kitchen units

With the partition wall removed, a new ceiling was put up plastered and painted.


We cleaned and plastered the walls, added some new sockets and down lights, fitted a complete new kitchen including tiling the floor and walls.







In a small room that was next to the kitchen that had previously been used as a broom cupboard we added a downstairs toilet.

 






This bathroom needed total refurbishment.


We took everything out even the surrounding walls and ceiling.  We took up the floor boards and laid new ones.






We put up the new ceiling and walls and changed the layout of the room so the bath, sink and toilet were on the far wall.


 We tiled the walls and floor to add a fresh clean look.








This living room needed striping and re-plastering, we painted it magnolia and added a new fire place.











The photos are of either end of the living room so you cant see the full finished room but it shows a major change to the room.

In this series of pictures we are showing a studio we built from scratch according to plans that had been written up and approved through the Local Authority.
We renewed the fencing surrounding the property too.
