About Us

We are Father and Son in-Law who initially went in to business together as Property Developers.  We bought and sold many houses that we totally refurbished (some of which can be found on the photo page)

Friends and family saw our work and soon we had branched out into Property Maintenance doing a number of different projects privately and working for major Kitchen and Bathroom companies.

We now have our own suppliers of Bathrooms and Kitchens and have a fully qualified Electrician and Gas Technician who work to a very high standard.






Derek Morgans

Derek is a skilled workman who has been working in property for many years.  He has done everything from painting a living room to fully renovating an old barn.
In 2005 he and Mark decided to put their skills together and formed Project 1.







Mark Taylor

After buying our first house for Development Mark decided to become a fully qualified electrician, he went to London and got his City and Guilds Qualifications and is a fully qualified Part P Electrician.
